Our fruit cakes are made with free-range eggs, laid by happy chickens, our butter comes from Our Cow Molly in Sheffield, and our flour from Driffield millers, Bradshaws. We work closely with local suppliers to make sure everything we do is sustainable – good for people, and good for the planet!
Just to let you know that the cakes do contain lots of nuts, wheat and dairy products. Each cake weighs at least 454g (that’s 1lb in old money!). The cakes will keep for at least 12 months in the tin but they’re so tasty, that they don’t tend to hang around for that long!
