Coco Bazaar With Chocolate, Pistachio, Cardamom & Honey & Chocolate Turkish Delight Liqueur

A mysterious and unusual chocolate fruit cake with an eastern twist, laced with pistachios and honey, spiced with cardamom and infused with an exotic Chocolate Rose liqueur.

Cardamom

Green cardamom pods have a unique warm, spicy and sweet flavour with undertones of lemon and eucalyptus. Cardamom is also used in the Middle East to flavour tiny cups of strong dark coffee and in India to flavour strong, sweet milky tea. Try it too in mulled wine or spiced ale!

Turkish Delight

Turkish Delight is a sweet delicacy eaten in small cubes dusted with icing sugar. The most well known varieties are Rosewater, Pistachio and Lemon. It became a major delicacy in Britain and throughout Continental Europe for high class society, with the practice among upper class socialites to exchange pieces of Turkish Delight wrapped in silk handkerchiefs as presents.
